CISCRP is committed to improving Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) both internally within our own organization and externally in the broader clinical research space. Since we started our mission-driven work in 2003, we have strived to better understand and meet the needs of patients, the public, and the communities who have been underrepresented in clinical research.

Like many organizations, we are continuing to educate ourselves on DEI and how to best achieve this in our workplace and the work that we do. To that end, we are working diligently towards becoming a more diverse and inclusive organization, and continuously optimizing our programs that aim to improve representation in clinical research.
